We're excited to share that the new Line item property condition for return policies has been officially released in Synctrack Returns.
✨ What's New
You can now block returns on Final Sale or clearance items only — using the line item property saved on the order at checkout (for example Final Sale = true). Final-sale items stay non-returnable even after you remove the campaign tags, while full-price items in the same order can still be returned or exchanged. No more blocking the whole order by order tag.
✨ How it works
Step 1: Go to Settings > Policies > Create Policy and choose Products.
Step 2: In Policy condition, select "have line item property" and enter the property name exactly as it appears on the order line item.
Step 3: Choose an operator (is, is not, contains, or exists), add up to 20 values, then click Create rule.
