Custom rules for Return Method 'No Shipment Required'
Create individual custom rules to show or hide the No Shipment Required return method based on customer + their return history, return reason, product price, quantity being returned, and/or total returned order value.

Add more features to edit the Synctrack Email Notification templates
Hello, it would be great to include more customisable features in the Synctrack notification email templates so we can tailor it to our stores. The current template editor and formatting is quite limited; here are some suggestions - Branding/logo visibility Add font/size options Option to upload marketing images Feature to add spacing / paragraphs / margins Options to add links to Returns Policy / Online store / Social media If possible to make it easy to customise the email templates with a 'drag and drop', 'add or hide' feature Create several pre-defined layouts for stores who prefer to just select from a template and not customise individual features Insert 'Variables' so it doesn't need to be typed 'Preview' email feature 'Test' email feature HTML/CSS support

Allow Returns with Just Phone Number/Email without Order Number in Return Dashboard
Many customers do not have Order number Ready in hand or may have multiple Order number in Email Dump/Account which they need to find which Exactly they need to Return and again come to Return portal by copying that Order Number Easier Method would be to show all orders by customers in List by just entering Customer's Contact Number/Email and Let them select to Return Order from the List of Orders.
