Allow Manual Commenting in Return Timeline as some events are business Specific which may require manual comment by Team in Timeline, also allow photos to add in timeline. It should be similar to Shopify's Order Timeline where can mention Team mates etc

I propose the implementation of an Automated Refund Processing feature within the Returns & Exchanges app to expedite the refund process for both customers and the customer service team. This feature will automatically handle the refund process from the initiation of a return request to the final execution of the refund, based on predefined rules and criteria set by the store owner.
