We would have an option to remove any discount applied to an order when managing an exchange or return request, so that the original value of the product will be applied instead of the discounted value. We want more options to add different return fees based on each country, and to apply them based on the customer's location in the return order.

As there is no API support for this app. I would request to add a feature to upload an excel file to update the return/exchange status. This is useful to handle multiple return/exchange requests. For example if i have 100 requests pending for approval. then i can download the excel from synctrack and then edit the excel data(which i want to get updated on synctrack) and then upload the excel file so that the multiple orders can be edited at once. And there are many more use cases like issuing refund for multiple orders, rejecting requests for multiple orders.
