We want to be able to create custom date filters on the key metrics session, like in the management page, instead of only the current predefined dates that are available. See screenshot below for reference. https://prnt.sc/WNn5Jmj7S4SB

This feature can help merchants who do not know or understand English well. We can set up the return process more easily with the mother tongue language.

Allow Manual Commenting in Return Timeline as some events are business Specific which may require manual comment by Team in Timeline, also allow photos to add in timeline. It should be similar to Shopify's Order Timeline where can mention Team mates etc

Block order return requests based on order tags. This will allow to prevent returns purchased with gift cards or for exchange items.

Add fee for request which has multiple items
