It would be great if it automatically took the item requested for exchange and removed It or reduced the stock quantity automatically. It becomes frustrating that we have to accept the exchange request and then go and reduce the stock numbers manually to make sure it doesn't sell. It is so easy to restock an item, it should be that easy to take an exchanged item (once it has been approved) offline too.
