We’re excited to roll out a new
Order Lookup Method
for your returns portal!You can now customize how customers look up their orders when submitting a return or exchange request:
- Email + Verification Code
→ Customers can view all orders placed using that email address
- Email or Phone + Order Number
(Optional) Enable Order Number Only for quick access without email/phone
To update this setting, go to:
Return Page → Customize → Text → Order Lookup Method
This gives your store greater flexibility in balancing user convenience and order security.
