- Resend any previous email:Send any email that was previously sent or failed to send
- Email preview:View the exact email content before sending
- Email type selection:Choose specific email types from a dropdown list
- Timeline integration:Preview emails directly from the timeline
- Timeline updates:Automatically updates the timeline with resend actions.
How to resend?
1. Step 1: Click "Resend notification button" above the management detail

2. Step 2: Preview and choose the "Notification types" you want to resend your customer
