set an expiration date
for a specific refund order, including Gift Cards, Discount Codes, and Store Credits issued to customers.

This update gives you more flexibility and control over how long refund codes remain valid, helping you encourage repeat purchases sooner.
✨ What’s New
Added an option to set the expiration date when issuing a refund for a specific order.
You can now:
  • Use the default expiration period set in app settings.
  • Uncheck the expiration box to issue a non-expiring refund code.
  • Or manually select a custom expiration date for that particular refund.

Once issued:
  • The Order timeline clearly displays the refund code’s expiration date.
  • The customer notification email automatically includes the expiration date details.
