We're excited to announce that our team of developers has updated the
"Settings" navigation with a completely new layout.
This new update will help you easily set up your return process and search for more detailed tabs with ease, with smart search bars.
What's new
- New navigation bar layout:The settings menu is now easier to use, with a search function so you can quickly find what you need by keyword instead of browsing through tabs.
- New layout for return/exchange settings:Easily manage all rules, policies, methods, logistics, and fees for your customer return process.
- New navigations:: Added two tabs — Operations (combining automation and workflow) and Translation (edit return process versions for each target country).
- Change positions of some tabs:We decided to put the "Promotion" bar into the "Configuration" bar, and you can set the "Bonus credit" only for Exchange options to encourage buyers to choose exchange.
We know that the old layout is a little bit confusing for some new users. That’s why this update is designed to give you a smarter and friendlier return/exchange setting.
