We're glad to announce that we’ve made an important update to improve the merchant experience and streamline the return management in Synctrack Returns & Exchanges:
The new pagination lets you navigate and view between requests directly from the detail page
, so you don’t need to go back to the list view each time. It will reduce the time you spend managing and approving a large volume of submitted return requests. Note that:
Logic pagination follows the filter and sort settings that are currently applied in Return Management before the merchant clicks on a request:
- If the filter = “Approved” → pagination only moves through the Approved requests(applied for other status)
- If the filter = “All” → pagination moves through all requests.
