We’re excited to introduce a new update for exchange selection that you can decide whether shoppers see
all products, or only products from specific collections or product types
, when choosing “Exchange for a different product.”
Setup
- Go to Settings > Configuration > Exchange resolution > Exchange for a different product
- Choose one of three setup options:
- Exchange for specific collection
Select products by collection. Only items in these collections will be displayed outside the return portal. At least one collection must be selected.
- Exchange for specific product type
Similar to collections, but products are filtered by product type instead. At least one product type must be selected.
- Exchange for all store (default)
All products in your store will be displayed outside the return portal.
