Many customers do not have Order number Ready in hand or may have multiple Order number in Email Dump/Account which they need to find which Exactly they need to Return and again come to Return portal by copying that Order Number

Easier Method would be to show all orders by customers in List by just entering Customer's Contact Number/Email and Let them select to Return Order from the List of Orders.
