Policy creator at the current state seems to only restrict returns with policy condition.
Eg: Policy condition "orders which were fulfilled less than or equal to x days"
Most returns policies include:
  • Returns accepted within x days (Known as a Return Window)
Suggestion:
  • Include a policy condition that allows returns to be accepted x days from
Option A: Delivered and/or
Option B: Fulfilment
  • Utilise Shopify's built in tracking to capture Delivery Status to start the x days (Return Window) where a merchant wishes for the return window to commence from "Delievered" date
  • Utilise Shopify's fulfilment status to start x days (return window), where a merchant wishes for the return window to commence from fulfilment date
